Managing Change

Managing and leading change initiatives are pre-requisites for managers at all levels. Implementing change and encouraging others to change are two different ballgames and are often taken for granted. So much change happens in organisations that people are experiencing change fatigue. This workshop enables delegates to implement a change plan; consider the barriers to change; and learn how to overcome them. The problem is not change - resistance to change is the problem.
