What impact do you have on people when you first meet them? How self-aware are you? This workshop is a workout on your impact. It’s an opportunity to try out different techniques. You’ll get loads of feedback and encouragement in a fun and supportive environment.

  • Understanding the difference between aggressive, assertive and passive behaviour
  • Choosing your behaviour
  • Noticing the inner critic and working out what to do with it
  • Developing techniques to get you out of your own way
  • Developing techniques to bring people with you and be heard
  • Preparing to be impactful
  • Working on projection through your voice and body language
  • Using a structure to put across a point in a meeting
