Performance Management for Job Holders

Here’s a practical workshop designed to get staff thinking about their careers and take responsibility for their own performance. This workshop enables staff to take back control; recognise how to collate evidence for their performance; give feedback; and check if objectives are SMART. No-one will attend a 1:1 unprepared again!
